Insurance doesn't cover when an accident occurs due to negligence

Thailand and other parts of Asia still lack basic safety laws More need to be enforced and maintained - this is not the kind of publicity that promotes tourism....

No matter what your industry you need to take responsibility - when a serious safety incident happens on your premises you are responsible. 
in incidents like this, you cannot rely on your insurance company to cover the costs- instead you could be looking at charges of negligence or in some cases manslaughter -
