Guest Safety is a critical aspect for guest satisfaction, the professional image and the legal liability of a hotel.
To ensure adherence to all International and Local Safety Standards a Property Safety Assessment is highly recommended.
The assessment identifies hazardous areas and provides guidelines to ensure that all safety risks are controlled and that all management systems and procedures are operating effectively to ensure safety for guests and employees.
Pre-Opening Safety Inspections are conducted three months before the soft opening of a hotel.
